In response to the World Health Organization’s recent characterization of COVID-19 as a pandemic, StratoZen would like to assure our partners and clients that we are monitoring the situation closely and have prepared for continued operations and employee safety during such an event.

StratoZen’s business continuity plan includes clear pandemic procedures. Our entire operations, including our Security Operations Center, are designed to provide secure, uninterrupted services with all StratoZen employees working remotely for an indefinite period of time. In fact, we intentionally test this capability multiple times per year as part of our standard continuity preparedness.

As called for in our pandemic procedures, we are closely following the guidance of the CDC as well as state and local officials. In addition, out of an abundance of caution, we have temporarily suspended all travel for StratoZen employees that is not essential to the security or ongoing operations of our services. Employees traveling for personal reasons must notify their supervisor and, as deemed appropriate, may be required to work remotely during the virus’ expected incubation period. StratoZen also has additional capacity and redundancy plans for staff in the highly unlikely event that an outbreak occurs within an office.

At this time, StratoZen does not anticipate any disruptions to our operations, our support, or your cybersecurity services due to the COVID-19 pandemic or related containment efforts. If there is any significant change in the situation that may impact our operations, we will notify our partners and clients as quickly as possible.
